CALL FOR PROPOSALS to host the EUROPEAN COURSE ON CLINICAL CYTOMETRY & EUROCONFERENCE ON CLINICAL CELL ANALYSIS
The European Course on Clinical Cytometry & Euroconference on Clinical Cell Analysis are combined into a meeting of the European Association for Clinical Cell Analysis (ESCCA) hosted either by a country or, preferably, in collaboration with a scientific organisation involved in clinical cytometry in a country.
ESCCA is an association that aims to foster the development, standardisation and implementation of clinical applications of cell analysis in the diagnosis and management of human pathologic conditions by providing access to scientific educational material and know-how produced by ESCCA.
The Course & Conference are recognised as ranking among the most important meetings for education and scientific exchange in the fields of clinical and research applications of cell analysis including flow cytometric applications in Haematology, Immunology, Cancer and Cell Biology.
ESCCA is looking for hosts for its future annual Course & Conference.
The Course & Conference has previously been held in Italy, Spain, Greece, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Ireland. This year the meeting will be held in Budapest, Hungary (2012) and the next meeting will be held in Luxembourg (2013).
From 2014 on the Course & Conference will rotate through the four major European geographical areas, unless the ESCCA Board decides to make an exception to this approach.
The Course & Conference will be held in November 2013.
The meeting participants will be medical doctors, PhDs, pharmacists, biologists, engineers, laboratory managers and technical laboratory staff working in the field of clinically applied flow cytometry.
Over 450 delegates participated in the 2011 Course & Conference in Dublin.
ESCCA is looking for a city that will offer a strong, local presence that will make an effective contribution towards the programme of and the acquisition of sponsorship for its Course & Conference.
We encourage you to submit your application to host a Course & Conference in your country to the ESCCA Board.
Please send your e-mail to: claude.lambert@chu-st-etienne.fr

Guidelines for the submission of full proposals, including detailed information about the meeting and its logistical requirements, will be sent to you after receipt of your application.
Proposals will be evaluated by the ESCCA Executive Board and the ESCCA Core Professional Congress Organiser.
Potential candidates will be invited to present their bid in an Executive Board meeting.
