Why volunteer?
- Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, get connected and network with scientists and professionals dedicated to the various aspects of clinical cell analysis

General information
Abstract book
The abstracts will be made available online only: bundled in a downloadable PDF as well as in individually downloadable documents. Approximately one week before the Conference registered participants will receive an email with a link to access the abstracts.
Accreditation
Accreditation for the whole meeting will be applied for. Visit the Accreditation page for more information.
Certificate of attendance
A personal certificate of attendance stating the number of contact hours/credits will be sent to you by e-mail after the Conference.
Conference Language
The official conference language is English.
Dress Code
The dress code during the entire meeting including the Conference Dinner is “smart casual”.
Presentations parallel sessions
The presentations of the parallel sessions will be available on this website after the Conference. Each participant will receive an access code by email on the day the presentations are accessible. If you are an ESCCA member, you will have unlimited access to the presentations of all courses through the members’ page of the ESCCA website. There, you can already view the presentations of previous conferences.
Electricity - adapters needed
The electricity network in Norway operates at 220-240 Volts.
Internet
Free WiFi will be available in the conference venue for roaming and browsing on mobile phones, tablets/iPads. The login codes will be mentioned in the Final Programme book which you will receive on-site with your registration materials, and at the Registration Desk.
Insurance
Delegates are advised to arrange adequate travel, health and other insurance before they leave their home country. The Organising Committee and the Conference organisers will not be liable and will not compensate for any damage incurred to participants during the meeting.
