Accreditation
The ESCCA 2019 Conference has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 18 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
EACCME® credits
Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the online evaluation form. Participants will receive a dedicated link to this evaluation form in the week of 23 September. The evaluation must be completed within 7 days after receipt of the link.

Certificate of Attendance
A personal certificate of attendance stating the number of credits will be sent to you after the Conference, provided you have completed the evaluation form before 6 October. You will receive the certificate of attendance in the week of 7 October by e-mail. Please check your spam file if you have not received it by 12 October.
If you have not completed the evaluation or submitted the online evaluation iwthout your name and contact details, a certificate of attendance without specification of accreditation will be sent to you by email in the week of 7 October.

All commitee members and invited speakers have provided written declarations of potential or actual conflicts of interest.
