Why become a member?

The European Society for Clinical Cell Analysis (ESCCA) is an Association of European professional scientists working in cell measurement for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, utilizing advanced technologies. ESCCA defines clinical but also preclinical or transfer applications of cytometry embracing the fields of pathology, immunology, haematology, cancer, ageing, regenerative medicine and microbiology.

There are many benefits to being a member and participating in the organization of ESCCA, not the least of which is access to the Journal Cytometry-part B at a reduced price and substantially reduced fees for the annual Conference. We warmly invite you to join ESCCA and find opportunities for the advancement of your profession.

Being an active ESCCA member offers a number of benefits. It will enable you to:

  • Keep in touch with expert clinical scientists in a multi-national, friendly and collaborative environment
  • Receive expert advices and assistance with technical problems
  • Register for the annual ESCCA Conference at a substantially reduced price
  • Have web access to current and past Clinical Cytometry Journal issues
  • Download teaching material and presentations from past ESCCA Conference courses
  • Participate in ESCCA scientific initiatives, courses, studies and surveys
  • Free access to ESCCAbase learning tools in 2020!


Membership categories and extra options

There are three membership categories:

  • Basic membership
  • Student membership
  • Membership for Low income countries

Please see the details and prices at the bottom of this page. In addition, the following options can be added:

  • Cytometry B Online access - € 45,00
  • ESCCAbase - free of charge in 2020. In 2021 the costs will be € 30,00


HOW TO JOIN OR RENEW?

  1. Select the relevant membership category *.
  2. Select either join (new members) or renew (existing/past members). Your username is your email address.
  3. After having completed and submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice/receipt by email. If you are a new member, you will also receive a verification email with which you need to confirm your email address.
  4. Once your payment is successful, you will also receive a confirmation with your login and all membership details.
  5. If you have opted for the on-line access to the online journal 'Cytometry Part B: Clinical Cytometry', you will receive a separate e-mail from Wiley Publishers with information on how to access the journal within two weeks after receipt of your membership fee.

If you have not received any email, please carefully check your spam-folder since the email(s) might end up in this folder. Make sure to add membership@escca.eu as safe sender.

* Please note:

  • ESCCA affiliated society members can only renew via their national society. Please contact your national society for more information and further instructions.
  • The Low income country fee is only valid for members from countries mentioned in the overview of the World Bank.
