Exhibition area

All coffee breaks and lunches will be held in the exhibition area, with multiple catering service buffets to ensure that delegates are spread throughout this area. The poster boards will also be placed in the Exhibition Hall.

Confirmed sponsors will receive the exhibition floor plan and the invitation to select their booth space in the order of confirmation of the sponsorship.

Exhibition manual

The Exhibition Manual will be sent automatically to confirmed sponsors. It contains important information.

In addition to the Exhibition Manual, all sponsors should carefully review the Exhibitor Handbook Salzburg Congress. It contains important (additional) information!

EXTRA ORDERS

For anything not included in the booth spaces (see Exhibition Manual), such as extra furniture, audiovisual equipment, extra electrical power, wired internet, booth cleaning etc., please download the order form and email it to the Conference Organisers. 

Deadline for orders: 15 August. 

Orders will be invoiced by ESCCA and should be paid before 25 August. Orders cancelled after 15 August will be charged.

EXTRA CATERING

Exhibitors will have access to the catering buffets 30 minutes prior to the scheduled coffee and lunch breaks.

For extra catering (in the booth or sponsor room), please order this directly this directly from the caterer of Salzburg Congress, the Sheraton Grand Salzburg, via this order form.
