Rooms blocks in several hotels have been reserved. You are advised to book as early as possible, as the availability is limited! We only managed to get a small number of rooms and some hotels only offer availability from Wednesday 9 September.

Remarks: All double rooms have one large bed, no twin beds available. All bathrooms are designed with an open layout, the only separation between the sleeping area and the shower is a transparent glass wall with a transparent curtain.

- You then see the hotel in the first frame of the page. Click on the blue button at the right hand side 'From 152,00 eur/night'.
- On the next page, you will find your reservation details. You can check the rate details and total price below 'ESCCA 2026 (limited allotment)'.
- Click on Book and pay later.

Fraudulent emails are sent by Global Travel Experts or similar so-called travel agencies, offering to book a hotel or arrange your flight or asking you to provide your travel details "to finalize your reservation for your upcoming conference visit to Montpellier in September". Sveral emails are used, such as ops@gtravelexpert.com, operation@gtravelservice.com or similar emails with extension @gtravelmanagement.com, or @gtravelservices.com, @gtravelhosting.com and more.
Do not reply to such emails. Block this sender and delete the email immediately.
This company is not in any way affiliated to the ESCCA Conference; they target many conferences in Europe. Please be assured that ESCCA will never provided participants' email addresses to third parties and does does not publish participant emails online.
